Full Laboratory

Lab Manager, Rob Litchfield M.T. (ASCP) performs a chemistry analysis on an acute patient while they wait. Rob has been a lab tech for 15 years and on the staff of MVMC since 1998.

One of the most pleasant surprises to new patients at MVMC is the comprehensive, full service lab with rapid turn around.

The lab is CLIA certified, providing Moderately Complex Testing such as microscopic exams, various chemistry tests, TSH, PSA, and Blood counts.

Rapid testing is also available to detect Mono, Strep, Pregnancy, H. pylori, PT/INR for Coumadin patients, and Glucose/A1C for diabetics, just to name a few.

Lab hours are Monday through Friday during normal hours and earlier on Wednesdays by appointment.
